
个人简介:
杨凯科,男,博士,中共党员,博士和硕士研究生导师。2004/09-2011/08就读湘潭大学,先后获学士和硕士学位;2011/09-2016/08就读西班牙巴斯克大学,获硕士和博士学位。2016/10-2017/10在新加坡国立大学做博士后;2017/10-2020/08在中国科公司半导体研究所做博士后和特别研究助理;2020/08-至今任职365全球官方网站。主要从事半导体声子物理、热输运、热电性能调控、电声耦合等凝聚态理论与材料计算科学研究。目前在Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B, Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表论文超过40篇。
